Topic: Mini-lecture on multi-modal LLM

Abstract:  I will introduce transformer and multi-modal LLM. I will discuss how to train AI models from scratch, including a small text model, motion model, and video model, with demo codes. Please bring your laptop to the lecture.

Speaker Profile: Dr. Ning Su obtained his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in 2016. After graduation, he worked at ITP-CAS, EPFL, U of Pisa, Caltech, MIT as postdoc fellows. He is an assistant professor at Yau Mathematical Sciences Center, Tsinghua. His main research interests are conformal bootstrap, S-matrix bootstrap and machine learning.
