Abstract: Form factors are quantities that incorporate both asymptotic on-shell states and gauge invariant operators. They establish a critical link between on-shell amplitudes and off-shell correlation functions of operators, thereby facilitating the application of modern amplitude techniques to explore the off-shell aspects of quantum field theory. Form factors not only offer novel approaches to determine anomalous dimensions or EFT amplitudes but also unveil previously unknown features and structures. In this talk, I will provide an overview of form factors and discuss the latest developments in this field.
