Abstract: The primary goal of next-generation long-baseline accelerator neutrino oscillation experiments is to measure leptonic CP-violating phase. In the canonical seesaw model for neutrino masses, we show in the language of invariant theory how the CP violation in neutrino oscillations is connected to that required to account for the matter-antimatter asymmetry in the Universe.
