Abstract: Heavy quark physics has emerged as a crucial testing ground for probing the Standard Model and investigating potential avenues for new physics. Recent years have witnessed the discovery of several anomalies in this field, leading to heightened theoretical interest. Notable theoretical progress includes the development of higher-order perturbative calculations and higher-power corrections. An independent progress has been taken in conducting first-principle calculations to provide essential theoretical insights in heavy quark physics, with a specific emphasis on computing the Light-Cone Distribution Amplitudes for both light mesons and heavy mesons. This talk will offer an overview of the current landscape of heavy quark physics, emphasizing key advancements particularly in LCDAs calculations.
